Shipping Policy

2.1 We sell the relevant products through our website. We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure that product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that the color of the product you receive will be exactly the same as that shown on the website.

2.2 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us, which is subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability and will be confirmed at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

2.3 Any electronic or other form of order confirmation only indicates that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order or a commitment to sell. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at any time after receipt, for any reason.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order and/or limit order quantities at our sole discretion and without providing any reason or explanation. If an order is rejected, we will normally notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

2.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the quality of products, services, information, or other materials meeting your expectations, nor do we guarantee that products or services will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

2.6 By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date; that you are the lawful authorized holder of the credit or debit card used; and that sufficient funds are available to complete the payment. Upon completion of the order, risk and title pass at the time the carrier completes loading.

2.7 If we find that the shipping address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via email for verification. If we are unable to reach you after the first attempt, or if a complete and valid address is not provided, we will hold the order for up to 25 days. If a correct address is still not provided within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. All associated risks and costs shall be borne by the customer.

2.8 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or pickup point addresses. If such an address is provided, we will attempt to contact you via email to obtain an alternative shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel the order without liability in the event of delivery delays or failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

2.9 All prices listed on the website exclude shipping fees, customs duties, and other applicable charges, which shall be borne by the customer. The Company shall not be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country.

2.10 Product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any price changes published on the website.

2.11 Actual shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address, shipping method, and other relevant factors, and will be displayed at checkout.

2.12 We generally deliver orders within 5 to 14 business days after dispatch. However, under certain uncontrollable circumstances, delivery may take 30 days or longer and delays may occur. Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays, or force majeure events, and the Company shall not be held responsible.

2.13 We take reasonable measures to minimize damage during transportation; however, shipping risks may still occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, depreciation, or costs arising during transportation. If you receive goods with visible damage, you must contact customer service immediately and retain all packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved. If a product is found to be defective or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to request supporting evidence such as photos or videos as a condition for processing any claim or compensation.

2.14 If you do not receive your goods, you must submit a claim within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any claims submitted more than 90 days after shipment will not be accepted. Upon receipt of a claim, we will initiate an investigation. If non-delivery is confirmed, the carrier will attempt to track and complete delivery; if the package still cannot be located, we will provide a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.
